Part-time role
We are looking for someone with solid accounts experience to provide support to the Chief Operating Officer, by ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing of supplier invoices into our accounting system (Xero) and job costs into WorkflowMax
- Assisting with preparation of monthly invoices for clients and management of receivables
- Processing creditor payment batches
- Bank and other month-end reconciliations
This is a part-time role, with hours likely to average 10-12 per week.
Your profile
- At least 4 years’ experience in accounts administration (ideally using Xero and/or WorkflowMax)
- Willingness to be flexible, with some weeks requiring more time and some less, in line with the monthly accounting cycle
- Self-motivated, with a confident manner and a professional approach
