At IVIC our board of directors and it’s shareholders are looking for a newly created administration manager.
This administration position is a role that could mostly be done from home. The right person will be able to communicate with the operations manager on a day-to-day basis especially in the irrigation season, then reporting to a board on a monthly basis. They will need to be available as a delegate to represent IVIC with others to other local government and compliance meetings.
In this role you will demonstrate:
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized and efficient
- Excellent time management and computer skills
- Monthly minute recording
- Budgeting skills beneficial
- Irrigation and industry compliance
- Must be able to work in New Zealand
