Are you a professional, positive leader with a strong agricultural and administration background?

At IVIC our board of directors and it’s shareholders are looking for a newly created administration manager.

This administration position is a role that could mostly be done from home. The right person will be able to communicate with the operations manager on a day-to-day basis especially in the irrigation season, then reporting to a board on a monthly basis. They will need to be available as a delegate to represent IVIC with others to other local government and compliance meetings.

In this role you will demonstrate:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well organized and efficient

  • Excellent time management and computer skills

  • Reporting

  • Financials

  • Accounts/Invoices

  • Payable

  • Receivable

  • Monthly minute recording

  • Budgeting skills beneficial

  • Irrigation and industry compliance

  • Must be able to work in New Zealand
