Begg Security Group is looking for an experienced administration star for our busy office on a full time basis to join our team in Cromwell.


We are a busy company dealing in security alarm and CCTV systems, architectural hardware supply and installation and locksmiths.


Role and Responsibilities:



  • General customer service and administration

  • Receiving in jobs for our 3 divisions

  • Customer invoicing

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Accounts payable/receivable

  • Health & Safety

  • Setting up supplier and customer accounts

  • Entry of product price lists

  • Stocktake entry

  • Preparation and GST filing


Essential Skills and Qualifications:



  • Exceptional customer services skills and can-do attitude

  • Experience with Infusion Software would be great but not essential

  • Attention to detail

  • Positive attitude
