Pioneer Energy is looking for a Business Performance Analyst to be based at our Head Office in Alexandra. This is your opportunity to join our Commercial Team working collaboratively across our organisation on new challenges and opportunities.
This role will provide commercial and analytical support to Pioneer Energy and its subsidiaries who we provide management services to. You will develop business cases for both new investments and existing asset improvements, along with post implementation reviews, improve operational KPI reporting and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to step up and succeed.
Most importantly, you must be a strong communicator who is not
afraid to challenge themselves or the business. You will also bring the following essential skills, attributes and experience to the job.
- Business Degree.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot trends, anomalies and errors in data sets and reports.
- Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.
- Highly competent in working with large data sets to pull
together robust and insightful recommendations to drive business performance.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
- A business partner who can engage with a range of stakeholders and build positive relationships across the business.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft products.
