Diesel Mechanic

CVC has been a South Island wide sales and service provider to the Heavy Transport for over 30 years.

We are the south island sales & Service providers for UD( Nissan Diesel) and Hyundai Trucks with workshops in Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill

CVC Invercargill and Dunedin are also parts and service dealers for Western Star, M.A.N  and Iveco trucks in the Southland and Otago regions.

Currently we are looking for a Trade Qualified diesel Mechanic to be based in our busy Dunedin service center.

Reporting to the Service Manage, your key responsibilities will include.

• All facets of heavy transport repairs and maintenance


• Provide an efficient and quality service for our customers


• Undertaking diagnostic work


• Liaising with technical support staff 

The preferred applicant with be trade qualified , looking for further thier career with an industry leader, be customer focused, hold a minimum class 2 but preferably class 4 full drivers licence , be well presented, have a good work ethic and enjoy being part of tight knit team. 

The successful  applicant will need to undertake a pre employment drug test
