Riteway Paint and Panel/Oamaru Glass are seeking a full-time
office administrator to cover maternity leave, minimum of 7 months, up to a year. We are looking for a suitably skilled and self-motivated person with strong general administration skills to join our Admin team. The successful person will be involved in a range of admin tasks including data entry, accounts admin, bookings and other general administration. The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.


The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:



  • Well presented with professional mannerisms

  • Able to multitask efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written computer skills

  • Experience in a previous administration role

  • Friendly, bubbly personality with great customer service skills

  • Ability to be discreet with confidential information
