VITICULTURAL SPECIALIST/VINEYARD SUPERVISOR

Domain Road Vineyard in Bannockburn has an opportunity for a Vineyard Specialist with supervisory and machinery operating skills.

This is a hands on role and candidates must possess the following skills/experience:

• Extensive experience as a Supervisor in a quality vineyard and have excellent all round vineyard operator skills, achieving a high quality job efficiently throughout the whole season.


• The ability to communicate, train, motivate and supervise team members from various countries.


• At least 3 years experience of tractor and specialist vineyard machinery operation and maintenance. This must include the operation of canopy sprayers, tractor mounted under vine weeders and forklifts.


• Hold a current Growsafe Certi?cate


• A proven mechanical knowledge of vineyard machinery, vineyard irrigation maintenance and scheduling programmes.


• Ability to plan, co-ordinate and manage the day to day vineyard operations.


• A ?rst class work ethic, hard working, conscientious and have pride in all aspects of work.
