Chef

Bumblebee International Ltd, t/a Noodle Box in Dunedin, we are looking for a motivated Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be a hard worker and have up-to-date knowledge of food preparation regulations, will be required to order and maintain stock, will be hygienic and able to monitor sales and preparation levels. You must have a recognised chef certificate, a minimum 3 years chef experience in a busy restaurant, takeaway, Asian fusion outlet. Experience in working back-of-house

Proven quality management

Management experience

Experience as a Cook/Chef

Proven experience and understanding of 
hygiene maintenance

Experience in preparing Asian/Oriental cuisine

Great communication skills

Work agreed days and shifts on a consistent 
ongoing basis so you know when you are working!

Current valid N.Z. residency or work visa
